We retired Mason's carrier a few weeks before he turned one. Oh man, do I miss that handle on that thing! And being able to snap him in the car in 20 seconds when it's raining!!
Most infant carriers are good until they're 29 inches long, so if her toes stick over a little bit but she's not that tall, you're still okay!!
He's still in infant carrier? Oh, I miss those days. Joey outgrew his at 6 months. Switching the car seat from one car to another is much harder with the convertible seat, so we got a 2nd one.
